What we're dealing with in many areas is a we're dealing with in many areas is a we're dealing with in many areas is a transition transition transition from an elder generation from an elder generation from an elder generation to a middle-aged generation that will be to a middle-aged generation that will be to a middle-aged generation that will be taking on leadership positions in the taking on leadership positions in the taking on leadership positions in the near future. There are several churches near future. There are several churches near future. There are several churches across this country where most of those across this country where most of those across this country where most of those that go to that church are of a time that go to that church are of a time that go to that church are of a time where they will be going to heaven very where they will be going to heaven very where they will be going to heaven very quickly.
